Executive Summary
Landowners use loans from financial institutions to build and develop hotels,commercial and residential buildings, and other types of real estate. However, theseloans typically come with high interest rates.
In our ground breaking ecosystem, we have teamed up with landowners of primereal estate who seek better funding solutions.
Contributors to our ICO would aid us in assisting these landowners to acquire loanswith lower interest rates. In return, contributors would receive BIG Tokens that wouldbe linked to the dollar value of the land participating in the project. We expect to profit by funding the landowners, as these loans would be profitable bythe interest paid back to us. We buy back tokens from ICO contributors at a price 15% higher than issuance price one year after ICO completion.
With this buyback option, there would be fewer tokens in the market. With this, alongwith the ability to use the tokens as a mode of payment, the tokens are expected toappreciate in value, allowing you to benefit whether you hold them, sell them onexchanges, or allow us to buy them back from you.
