Nostrum produces, distributes and sells its in-house prepared dishes that stand out for being prepared using traditional recipes, using 100% natural ingredients. Its quality is recognized by its clients resulting in a fan base of more than 800,000 members. The dishes are prepared in the central kitchens near Barcelona with a daily-fresh distribution to all its restaurants.  The Nostrum network consists of 118 franchised restaurants and 15 owned restaurants. In 2016, 5 Master Franchise agreements have been signed with the aim to open 250 restaurants in France over the next five years. In 2017, the Company has signed a Master Franchise agreement to support its expansion into Switzerland.
