As big fans of the cryptocurrency industry, we’re integrating them into our, already working, business model. The main goal is to help the whole cryptocurrency industry to generate new usability opportunities, move towards mass adoption and simultaneously give our clients/investors with relatively small amounts of money a chance to participate something bigger through tools such as crowd investing. It’s going to be all possible because project Kauri is an extension to the already working investment shared-economy ecosystem, which has already financed several retail real estate projects now going through their realization processes. 

Taking our know-how and experiences merge them with possibilities of cryptocurrency, we’re going to build several crypto-based hotels (starting with the world’s first Cryptohotel) and establish crypto-based investment platform in following years. Since 2017 when our journey began, we’ve already made some of our projects happen. There is Avatar Eco-Lodge hotel opened in March 2018. Other projects like hotel La Preciosa and clinic Pura Medica are going to be opened by the end of 2019 and in addition to it, we’re constantly building Snowbird Villas in our hotel areas, which can their owners live in or rent it through our reservation system. Our next hotel project is going to be the World’s first crypto-hotel.
